Double dry hopping with Strata and Idaho 7 delivers vibrant layers of passion fruit and zesty citrus, balanced by a distinct orange cream soda sweetness. Motueka and Nelson Sauvin contribute sophisticated nuances of sweet white wine and grape candies, punctuated by a subtle minty, herbal undertone. The experience is incredibly smooth, featuring a soft, pillowy body that carries these tropical and mild resinous notes through a clean, off-dry finish, showcasing the brewer's intent for depth and juice character without harsh bitterness.
