Folk Magic presents as a modern Hazy IPA, defined by an expressive hop profile and a distinctive grist. The sensory journey begins with an inviting bouquet of grape candies, papaya, and sun-ripened stone fruit, layered over delicate floral and woodsy accents. On the palate, a lush wave of melon and tropical fruit notes dominates, supported by the subtle nuttiness and textural softness of added spelt. While the body remains supple and smooth, the experience concludes with a refined resinous bitterness that balances the initial fruit-forward sweetness. Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a soft shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring grape candy, tropical papaya, and stone fruit. Secondary notes of floral blossoms and a clean, woodsy evergreen character. Malt is subtle but present, offering a light bready and nutty scent from the spelt. Clean fermentation.

Taste. High fruity hop flavors of sweet melon, tropical fruit, and stone fruit.
