Finch And Thistle presents as a quintessentially vibrant Hazy IPA, pouring a pale golden with a characteristic opaque shine. The sensory experience is led by an intense tropical bouquet, where lush aromas of papaya, kiwi, and pineapple mingle with soft stone fruit. On the palate, the beer transitions into bright grapefruit and tropical citrus, supported by a subtle, bready malt sweetness that provides a soft foundation. Appearance. Pale golden color (SRM 4-5). Opaque and hazy with a luminous shine. Supports a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits including papaya, kiwi, and pineapple, alongside peach-like stone fruit. Low, neutral, bready malt character in the background. Clean fermentation profile with supportive fruity esters; no herbal, grassy, or buttery notes.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring grapefruit, tropical citrus, and stone fruit. Malt flavor is low to medium-low, appearing as light bread or grain. Perceived bitterness is medium-low and smooth, never harsh. Finishes off-dry with a lingering fruit juiciness and a touch of light malt sweetness.
