This Hazy IPA pours a luminous light gold with an orange hue, immediately releasing a vibrant tropical fruit medley. The double dry hopping of Citra and Amarillo creates a layered sensory experience, led by intense aromatics of passion fruit and papaya. On the palate, the medium-bodied profile provides a plush foundation for notes of sweet honeydew and ripe, fleshy mango. The finish is characterized by a restrained, light-and-delightful bitterness that balances the succulent fruit character without overwhelming the soft mouthfeel. It is an expressive and juicy interpretation that highlights the classic citrus and tropical synergy of its featured hops.

Appearance. Light gold to pale orange (approx 5-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a healthy shine; no visible particulates. Persistent, rocky white head with a meringue-like texture and high retention.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominant tropical fruit notes of passion fruit, mango, and papaya. Citra provides distinct lime zest and grapefruit, while Amarillo adds orange and apricot. Low bready malt in the background; clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor with layers of fleshy mango, papaya, and sweet honeydew. Low to medium-low bitterness that is soft and never harsh. Low grainy malt flavor. Finish is off-dry and smooth with a lingering, juicy tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, silky mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. No hop astringency or harshness. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated at 6.5% ABV.
