Layers of caramel and cane sugar create a decadent profile reminiscent of Christmas cake, brimming with dried fruit esters and toffee. Goldings hops impart a delicate spicy note, complemented by a fresh, clean character from Challenger hops that provides moderate bitterness. The experience is full-bodied and satisfying, offering a smooth, warming alcohol presence that balances the intense malty sweetness for a lingering, luxurious finish.

Appearance. Deep mahogany color with ruby highlights; clear brilliance. Topped by a dense, tan head with moderate retention and light lacing. Legs are visible due to the higher gravity.

Aroma. High intensity malt profile featuring rich biscuit, toasted bread, and deep caramel from the Scottish barley and cane sugar. Secondary notes of dark fruit—raisin and plum—mingle with a light spicy hop character from Goldings. A faint, clean roast edge from Black malt provides complexity.
