This Belgian Tripel presents a sophisticated sensory profile defined by its unique blend of three grains and a generous four-hop dry-hopping technique. The aroma is a vibrant bouquet of peppery phenols and bright citrus esters, reminiscent of fresh orange peel and lemon zest, underscored by a delicate floral hop presence. On the palate, a soft, honey-like malt sweetness from the multi-grain bill quickly yields to a firm, crisp bitterness. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, masking the substantial strength of the alcohol while leaving a lingering trail of spicy yeast character and clean, grassy hop notes.

Appearance. Deep yellow to gold (5–7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with persistent effervescence. Features a long-lasting, creamy, rocky white head that leaves dense Belgian lace on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Complex bouquet of peppery and clove-like phenols balanced by moderate fruity esters of orange peel and lemon. The dry-hopping adds a distinctive floral and slightly grassy hop character. Low grainy-sweet malt presence with a hint of honey.

Taste. Initial soft, bready malt sweetness transitions into a spicy and citrusy mid-palate. Moderate to high bitterness (approximating 30-35 IBU) provides structure. Flavors of black pepper and lemon zest dominate the fermentation profile. Finishes very dry with a clean, lingering bitterness and spicy yeast notes.

Mouthfeel. Medium body, feeling lighter than its gravity due to high attenuation. Highly carbonated and effervescent. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth that is smooth rather than hot.
