Belgo Sapiens Polarius is a bright, refreshing International Pale Lager that elegantly bridges the gap between Belgian and German pilsner traditions. It pours a brilliant gold with a fluffy white head. The sensory profile is defined by the distinctive, elegant spicy and floral character of Hallertau hops, layered over a clean, low grainy-malt profile. On the palate, a crisp initial impression leads to light bready malt sweetness that is quickly balanced by a mild, refined bitterness.
