This American Amber Ale presents a slightly opaque amber hue topped with a persistent, creamy head. The sensory profile is defined by the assertive use of Centennial hops, which deliver a vibrant aromatic bouquet of bright citrus, delicate floral notes, and hints of tropical fruit. A robust malt backbone provides essential balance, offering rich layers of burnt caramel and toasted sweetness. The palate experiences an initial malty sweetness that quickly transitions into a frank, moderate bitterness. This bitterness is persistent and slightly spicy, eventually evolving into a clean finish where lingering hop character and smooth caramel notes coexist harmoniously.

Appearance. Deep amber to coppery-brown (13–17 SRM) with a slightly opaque clarity. Features a moderately large, off-white creamy head with high persistence and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent citrus and floral hop character from Centennial varieties, with subtle tropical fruit notes. Supported by a moderately-high maltiness showing deep caramel and a hint of burnt sugar; clean fermentation with low fruity esters.

Taste. Initial impression of malty sweetness followed by moderate to strong caramel and toasted malt flavors. Hop flavor is high, mirroring the citrus and spicy aromatic cues. A firm, frank bitterness (approx. 35–40 IBU context) provides balance against the malt. The finish is medium-dry, with bitterness and hop oils lingering alongside a touch of residual caramel.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable malty creaminess. Moderate to high carbonation. Well-integrated, light alcohol warmth is present. Smooth overall texture with no astringency.
