The specialized Belgian yeast introduces subtle fruity esters and a touch of spice, complementing the higher 7% ABV which provides a noticeable but well-integrated warmth. Appearance. Pours a brilliant light yellow to deep gold with a medium white head that shows fair to good retention and light lacing.
