This collaborative Neapolitan Imperial Milk Stout delivers a decadent sensory experience reminiscent of a classic tri-colored ice cream treat. Deep layers of dark chocolate and roasted malts provide a robust foundation for the prominent additions of sweet vanilla and ripe strawberry. The aroma is heavy with cocoa and berry jam, while the palate transitions into a creamy, luscious dessert profile. Lactose contributes a silky sweetness that rounds out the roast, leading to a warming, velvety finish. Despite its strength at 8.5% ABV, the strawberry character adds a bright, fruity lift that harmonizes beautifully with the rich, malt-driven core of this Imperial Stout.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (SRM 40+). Pours with a dense, persistent dark tan head that leaves thick lacing. High viscosity is visible as legs on the glass.
