Belching Beaver Brewery’s Jammin Out is a sophisticated Brett Beer that harmonizes wild fermentation with lush fruit. Deeply influenced by the addition of blackberries and Ugandan vanilla beans, the profile opens with a vibrant bouquet of tart dark fruit and earthy barnyard funk. Aging in oak adds a structural layer of toasted wood and subtle spice. On the palate, the intense blackberry character is tempered by the creamy, floral sweetness of the vanilla, leading to a bone-dry finish characteristic of Brettanomyces attenuation. It is a complex, effervescent ale where the rustic yeast character perfectly complements the jammy berry and refined oak tannins.
Appearance. Deep magenta to reddish-purple; pours with a slight haze and a pinkish-white, moderately persistent head that leaves fine lacing.
