Belcebú Lolita reimagines the traditional German Pils through an herbal lens, blending classic European precision with vibrant botanical additions. The sensory profile is defined by a brilliant straw-gold clarity and a crisp Pilsner malt backbone evocative of toasted crackers and light honey. Distinctive additions of coriander seed and orange peel enhance the naturally spicy and herbal hop character, providing a bright, citrusy lift that complements the firm, lingering bitterness. This refreshing lager maintains a clean fermentation profile, allowing the zesty orange and peppery spice to shine against a dry, mineral-accented finish that encourages another sip.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (2–4 SRM). Features a creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing. Clarity is brilliant to very clear.
