Bel Pils is a refined Belgian interpretation of the German Pils style, emphasizing a crisp, clean profile built upon a foundation of continental Pilsner malt. Appearance. Straw to pale yellow (approx. 3 SRM); brilliant clarity; large, creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity hop aroma featuring spicy and herbal Saaz notes. Low grainy-sweet, doughy malt presence with hints of cracker. Very clean fermentation profile without esters or diacetyl.

Taste. Crisp initial malt impression quickly superseded by assertive hop bitterness and spicy hop flavors. Malt character is lean, reminiscent of white bread and grain. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, elegant bitterness that invites another sip. Balanced heavily toward the hops.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing texture with no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency; features a light, minerally snap on the tongue.
