Appearance. Color is a deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine and grapefruit zest, complemented by tropical pineapple and distinct white wine-like gooseberry notes. A low, clean, crackery malt sweetness provides a neutral base, with a fermentation profile that is very clean and free of esters.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and intensely flavorful, showcasing layers of pine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. A firm, medium-high bitterness provides structure without being harsh.
