Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical juice, specifically sweet pineapple, transitioning into a light bready malt flavor. The hop-derived earthy pine provides complexity mid-palate. Bitterness is moderate, providing balance without being sharp. The finish is clean and medium-dry with lingering fruit notes and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, slightly creamy texture likely enhanced by the haze-producing proteins. Carbonation is moderate to high, lending a crispness that offsets the fruitiness. No detectable alcohol warmth or astringency.
