This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant New Zealand hop profile, blending Nectaron, Motueka, Pacifica, and Nelson Sauvin for a multi-layered tropical experience. The use of Verdant yeast amplifies stone fruit esters, contributing rich apricot notes that meld with crushed gooseberry from the Nelson Sauvin and zesty lime from the Motueka. A surprise addition of Garston hops Nelson adds further white wine and grape complexity. The addition of lactose provides a subtle sweetness and a silky, rounded texture, enhancing the juicy character. Appearance. Straw to light orange color (4-6 SRM). Opaque clarity with a characteristic hazy shine. Thick, white, rocky head with high retention and meringue-like lacing.
