This American IPA showcases the vibrant terroir of New Zealand through the use of Garston hops. The aroma is a tropical explosion of passionfruit and lime, layered with a subtle vinous quality typical of New Zealand varietals. On the palate, a firm bitterness is balanced by a lean, grainy malt base, allowing the citrus and stone fruit flavors of the Garston hops to remain the focal point. It finishes crisp and dry, emphasizing a clean fermentation and a lingering, resinous hop trail.

Appearance. Medium gold in color (approximately 7 SRM) with brilliant clarity. It supports a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical fruit, grapefruit, and crushed gooseberry. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive background, while the fermentation profile remains neutral and free of esters.
