This Hazy IPA delivers a lush, tropical sensory experience anchored by the expressive stone fruit esters of Verdant yeast. The aroma and flavor are driven by a complex hop blend where Mosaic contributes deep notes of blueberry and tropical fruit, while Sauvin hops provide a sophisticated layer of crushed white grape and gooseberry. Garston hops round out the profile with bright citrus highlights. The addition of lactose enhances the beer's velvety texture, creating a soft, pillowy mouthfeel that carries the intense hop character without aggressive bitterness. The result is a juicy, luminous ale with a smooth, fruit-forward finish and remarkable depth.

Appearance. Straw to light gold with a brilliant, opaque haze that creates a luminous glow. The beer is topped with a thick, meringue-like white head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves dense lacing.
