This Session New England style Hazy IPA delivers a punchy tropical profile despite its approachable 4% ABV. The aroma is dominated by Nectaron, providing intense notes of ripe peach and nectarine, while Citra adds bright layers of pink grapefruit and lime zest. Simcoe rounds out the bouquet with hints of passionfruit and a subtle, resinous pine depth. It pours a hazy, luminous straw with a persistent, rocky white head. On the palate, the soft, bready malt provides a gentle canvas for the vibrant stone fruit and citrus flavors. With its restrained bitterness and light, silky body, it offers a refreshing, juice-like finish.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (SRM 3-4); hazy to opaque with a luminous shine; thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent stone fruit (peach, apricot) from Nectaron, tropical passionfruit from Simcoe, and bright citrus (grapefruit) from Citra; low bready, grainy malt in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with peach, tropical fruit, and citrus zest; low to medium-low bready malt sweetness; low perceived bitterness providing a soft, juice-like balance; finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, pillowy texture; moderate carbonation; very smooth with no alcohol warmth or astringency.
