This West Coast-inspired American Pale Ale celebrates classic hop character with a firm, assertive bitterness. Highlighting a quartet of Centennial, Chinook, Citra, and Amarillo, the sensory profile is dominated by layers of resinous pine, zesty grapefruit, and bright tropical citrus. A lean, neutral malt base provides just enough support to ensure drinkability while allowing the hop-forward intensity to remain the centerpiece. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, off-white head that shows excellent retention and leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
