This vibrant American Pale Ale showcases a modern hop profile driven by the combination of Citra, Strata, and Mosaic. On the nose, it offers high-intensity tropical fruit and bright citrus, anchored by the specific strawberry and passionfruit notes characteristic of Strata. The palate provides a balanced interplay between a clean, neutral pale malt base and a firm but approachable bitterness. The inclusion of Mosaic adds layers of complex berry and light earthy undertones. It finishes crisp and dry, making it an exceptionally drinkable companion for BBQ, with the 5.5% ABV providing structural support without being heavy.
