Aroma. High intensity with a complex bouquet of peppery and clove-like phenols. Fruity esters offer notes of orange and lemon peel. The malt character is light and honey-like, complemented by a distinctive floral and perfumy hop presence and soft, spicy alcohol.
Taste. Initial impression of soft, grainy-sweet pilsner malt followed by a marriage of citrusy esters and spicy, peppery phenols. Bitterness is medium-high, accentuating a very dry finish. The aftertaste is clean with lingering spicy yeast character and a floral hop touch.
