This refined German Pils captures the essence of a traditional lager with a crisp, modern polish. The nose is greeted by an inviting bouquet of floral notes and fresh-cut grass, accented by nuanced hints of orange peel and bright citrus. On the palate, a soft, doughy foundation of Continental Pilsner malt provides a subtle honey-like sweetness, which is quickly balanced by a firm, clean bitterness.
