A heavy grist of 2-row base, flaked oats, and soft white wheat provides a soft, pillowy foundation for a stellar hop profile. On the nose, Citra and Mosaic deliver lofty, vibrant notes of fresh pineapple and passion fruit. The palate expands with the juicy complexity of stone fruit, zesty citrus, and exotic papaya, courtesy of a generous Amarillo addition. A subtle touch of caramel malt adds a hint of honeyed sweetness, balancing the restrained bitterness. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward experience that feels expansive and bright.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold with an opaque, luminous haze and a persistent, meringue-like white head that leaves thick lacing. No visible particulates or yeast clumps.
Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring dominant notes of ripe pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. Secondary notes of orange zest and peach esters are supported by a clean, bready, and lightly grainy malt background.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with succulent papaya, apricot, and grapefruit. Low to medium-low malt sweetness with a hint of toasted grain. Bitterness is restrained and soft, leading into an off-dry, juicy finish with no hop harshness or astringency.
