Fresh Vibes is a quintessential Hazy IPA that captures an intense tropical essence through a heavy double dry-hopping process. Highlighting the vivid characteristics of Nectaron and Mosaic hops, the sensory profile opens with an explosion of passionfruit, ripe pineapple, and bright citrus zest. A supportive, pillowy malt base provides soft notes of fresh bread and oats, allowing the hop-derived stone fruit and berry complexities to remain the focal point. The experience is exceptionally smooth, delivering a juicy, saturated fruit flavor that transitions into a clean, off-dry finish with very restrained bitterness, perfectly embodying the lush, vibrant character intended by Beer Tree Brew.
Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM); opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine; large, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. Intense hop-forward aroma featuring heavy tropical notes of passionfruit, mango, and pineapple from Nectaron, complemented by Mosaic's citrus peel and light berry esters; background of grainy-sweet, bready malt; no caramel or toast present.
Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with massive passionfruit, tangerine, and stone fruit; malt provides a soft, bready foundation; low to moderate bitterness that is exceptionally smooth and never harsh; neutral fermentation character; finishes off-dry and juicy.
