This American IPA delivers a bold sensory experience reminiscent of classic West Coast profiles. Dominated by a heavy dry-hop addition of Comet hops, the aroma is an intense, resinous affair featuring dank undertones and a bright citrus punch. On the palate, sticky notes of marmalade and fresh grapefruit lead into a sharp, pithy orange peel character. The malt profile remains clean and supportive, allowing the aggressive, refreshing old skool bitterness to define the long, crisp finish. It strikes a balance between resinous complexity and vibrant fruit, grounded by a clean fermentation profile and a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel.

Appearance. Medium gold to light amber in color with brilliant clarity. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and sticky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent resinous and dank qualities. Strong citrus notes of grapefruit, orange pith, and a jammy marmalade sweetness. Low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops without competing. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.

Taste. High hop flavor mirror the aroma with resinous, dank, and citrus-forward notes of grapefruit and orange peel. Low grainy malt sweetness provides a brief initial support before a medium-high bitterness takes over. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, clean, hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light to medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from hop oils. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present.
