American Pale Ale 4.7 º 40 IBU
Named for the predatory growth of the Humulus lupulus vine, Beer Here Lupulus is a bright and refreshing American Pale Ale. It presents a light straw hue with a subtle haze born from intensive dry-hopping. The sensory experience is led by a vibrant citrus bouquet, layered with sharp pine needles and earthy hay. A lean, bright malt backbone offers delicate notes of wheat toast, allowing the mouth-covering hop presence to dominate the profile. The palate concludes with a crisp, dry finish and a persistent, clean bitterness that captures the wild, lupulin-driven essence of the wolf for which the beer is named.
