Aroma. Low intensity aroma. Primarily clean and grainy-sweet malt with a subtle hint of wort. Very light floral and spicy hop notes are optional but present. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
Taste. Neutral palate with a light, grainy malt flavor and a touch of sweetness. Very low hop bitterness. Hop flavor is low to none, showing a faint herbal or floral quality. The finish is crisp and dry, though a slight residual grain sweetness may linger briefly. Well-balanced but leans toward the malt side due to very low bitterness.
