The sensory profile is defined by a sophisticated interplay between rich caramel, milk chocolate, and toasty crusts. Distinctive hop character elevates the experience, introducing unconventional notes of tart blackcurrant and bright citrus that pierce through the darker base. A unique resinous finish of cedar wood provides a dry, aromatic counterpoint to the malty sweetness. At 4.5% ABV, this sessionable dark ale maintains a light yet creamy texture, balancing traditional English roastiness with a modern, wood-inflected hop complexity.
