Bear & Boar Wheat is a refreshing Weissbier crafted for high drinkability, emphasizing a harmonious balance between yeast-derived character and a soft malt base. The use of a special yeast strain produces a classic aromatic profile of fruity banana esters and subtle clove spice. The grain bill, consisting of malted wheat and Pilsner malt, provides a foundational bready and doughy sweetness. This medium-light bodied ale features a fluffy, creamy texture and high carbonation, resulting in a crisp, dry finish that avoids excessive sweetness, inviting the drinker back for another glass as intended by the brewer.

Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3–5 SRM) with a characteristic hazy, opalescent glow from the yeast and wheat. Pours with a very thick, moussy, and long-lasting white head.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Prominent banana esters are well-balanced by spicy clove phenols. A clean, bready, and grainy wheat malt backbone supports the fermentation character, with no significant hop aroma.

Taste. The initial impression is soft and bready, featuring doughy wheat and slight graininess. This is immediately followed by a balanced profile of banana and clove. Hop bitterness is very low (approx. 10 IBU), allowing the yeast character to dominate a well-rounded palate. The finish is clean and relatively dry with a lingering bready aftertaste.
