Beer recipe creation and collaboration are our specialties. We start by creating a concept for a unique beer with a craft brewery collaborator. Beers from fresh interpretations of classic styles, to highly creative specialty beers. Then we craft a recipe focused on brewing a beer that embodies the concept.While some concepts stretch the definition of beer, we always maintain a goal of creating something special – grounded in the traditions of brewing – exhibiting complexity, balance, and drinkability.The recipe for the beer is proven on a pilot system at Beancurdturtle Brewing, then we work with the collaborator to tune, and scale up the final recipe to be brewed on the craft brewer’s system.
