Willo is a quintessential Hazy IPA that captures an intensely juicy essence through its masterful hop selection. Dominated by Mosaic, the beer radiates a complex profile of ripe papaya and distinct blueberries. A subtle addition of Sabro introduces a sophisticated layer of toasted coconut and zesty lemongrass, elevating the tropical character. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque haze with a luminous shine rather than murkiness. Massive, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and delicate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring tropical papaya, floral blueberry, and a hint of creamy coconut. Subtle citrusy lemongrass notes weave through. Low, bready malt presence in the background with clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Immediate burst of juicy tropical fruits and ripe berries. The Mosaic-driven blueberry and papaya flavors are prominent, complemented by a soft coconut and lemongrass finish from the Sabro.
