Tetty is an elevated German Pils that bridges traditional technique with modern hop nuance. The addition of spelt and wheat to the lager malt base provides a soft, rustic graininess and a pillowy texture that contrasts its crisp nature. Tettnang hops impart classic spicy and herbal notes, while the Loral variety introduces a subtle floral and citrus depth that lifts the aroma. Naturally carbonated and unfiltered, it remains refreshing but with a hazy, artisanal character. The finish is decisively dry and bitter, showcasing a mineral-edged clarity and high-intensity European hop character throughout.
Appearance. Deep yellow color (approx. 4 SRM). Unfiltered and hazy with a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent spicy Tettnang and floral, citrusy Loral notes. Malt character is moderately grainy and doughy with a distinct rustic cracker note from the spelt and wheat. Clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Initial doughy malt sweetness is quickly overcome by a firm, medium-high hop bitterness. Flavors of herbal spice and light floral perfume dominate the mid-palate. Finishes bone-dry and crisp with a lingering mineral sharpness and clean, bitter aftertaste. Malt remains supporting with a toasted cracker quality.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a slightly creamy texture from the wheat and spelt. High natural carbonation provides a lively, scrubbing bubbles effect. Very low alcohol warmth; crisp and refreshing without any astringency.
