This Wild Specialty Beer is a saturated sensory experience, defined by the addition of nearly a ton of mango purée. It pours a deep, hazy gold with a vibrant, tropical bouquet. While purely mango-driven, the wild fermentation and massive fruit load create a complex profile bursting with tangerine, zesty orange, and sharp lemon, alongside a succulent pineapple finish. The palate is punchy and tangy, balancing the succulent fruit esters with a clean, puckering acidity. It offers a refreshing, fruit-forward complexity where the essence of the mango is transformed into a bright, multi-faceted citrus and tropical showcase.

Appearance. Saturated golden-orange with a persistent hazy to opaque clarity. A thin, off-white head forms but recedes quickly, leaving light spotting on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of ripe mango and tropical esters. Distinct notes of tangerine peel, lemon zest, and fresh pineapple merge with a light, tangy lactic acidity and very subtle earthy funk.

Taste. Leading with a sharp, tangy sourness that immediately brightens the palate. Dense mango flavors are present but fermented dry, supported by vibrant layers of orange, lemon, and pineapple. Bitterness is negligible, allowing the fruit’s natural acidity to provide the structure. The finish is crisp and very fruity.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, slightly pulpy texture from the heavy fruit addition. Moderate carbonation provides a prickly sensation that enhances the tanginess. No significant alcohol warmth.
