Appearance. Pale gold to deep yellow (SRM 5-7). Topped by a long-lasting, dense, rocky ivory head with excellent lacing. Clarity is slightly hazy, consistent with its unfiltered farmhouse character.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a complex blend of fruity esters suggesting apricot and pome fruit, alongside spicy yeast-derived phenols resembling black pepper. Hop character is moderate, offering earthy, herbal, and floral notes with a low grainy malt presence in the background.
