B&B Lullaby is an evocative Double IPA that harmonizes intensity with a refined drinkability. An expressive hop profile leads the experience, driven by a layered combination of Citra and Mosaic. These hops provide a vibrant bouquet of bright citrus, delicate floral notes, and lush tropical fruit. The orange-hued body supports a complex hop saturation, where a firm, medium-high bitterness is deftly balanced by a clean, supportive malt backbone. Following the rhythmic structure of its musical inspiration, it finishes crisp and dry, offering a subtle, integrated alcohol warmth and a lingering hoppy resonance that invites another sip.

Appearance. Orange to light copper in color (8-11 SRM). Topped by a persistent, white, moderate-sized head with good lacing. Displays good clarity, though a very slight haze is acceptable for the style.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit and lime from Citra, alongside tropical mango and subtle floral undertones from Mosaic. The malt character is low, clean, and neutral, providing a supportive background for the hop-forward profile. Fermentation is clean with a very faint hint of smooth alcohol.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of complex hop flavor, mirroring the citrus and tropical notes of the aroma. Bitterness is moderately high and firm but lacks harshness. The malt provides a low, soft, and unobtrusive graininess that balances the hop load without adding significant sweetness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering hoppy, bitter aftertaste and a clean fermentation profile.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A restrained and smooth alcohol warmth is present, consistent with its 7.5% strength, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
