Appearance. Straw to deep gold (4-6 SRM) with a luminous, opaque haze. Pours with a thick, meringue-like white head demonstrating high retention and persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical fruit, specifically pineapple and passion fruit. Distinct notes of peach and nectarine from the El Dorado and Vic Secret hops are complemented by a sharp grapefruit and lime citrus edge from Citra. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft bready foundation without any caramel or toast. Esters are fruity and supportive.
Taste. A massive explosion of fruity hop flavors mirrors the aroma, leading with succulent pineapple, stone fruit, and citrus. The malt flavor is low, suggesting light grain or flaked oats. Bitterness is low-to-moderate, perfectly integrated to offset the fruity esters without being harsh. The finish is off-dry and lingering with tropical fruit oils and a clean fermentation character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate. A gentle, light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated at 6.8% ABV. Devoid of any astringency or harsh hop burn.
