This Hazy IPA presents an explosive sensory profile driven by a High Density Hop Charge of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro. A vibrant, bright yellow pour delivers an immediate punch of tropical intensity. The Citra provides sharp notes of grapefruit and lime zest, while Mosaic adds layers of ripe mango and blueberry. The addition of Sabro introduces a unique creamy coconut and pineapple dimension that rounds out the fruit-forward character. Appearance. Bright yellow color (3-4 SRM) with an opaque, hazy clarity that provides a luminous shine. Features a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and beautiful lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by mango, passion fruit, and citrus zest. Secondary notes of coconut and tropical pineapple emerge alongside a clean, neutral, lightly bready malt backbone. No caramel or toast is present; fermentation is clean with supportive fruity esters.
Taste. High to very high fruity hop flavor mirroring the tropical aroma. Low, bready malt flavor provides a soft platform for layers of citrus, stone fruit, and coconut. Perceived bitterness is low and smooth, balancing the medium-dry finish without any harshness. The aftertaste is long and fruit-forward.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth mouthfeel without any hop-derived astringency or raw starch character. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
