The use of Austrian-grown Sorachi Ace hops delivers a distinctive and high-intensity aroma of lemon zest, herbal dill, and subtle coconut. A touch of Vienna malts provides a supporting backbone of light toasted bread, while the significant wheat portion lends a soft, grainy texture.
