This vibrant West Coast American IPA showcases a refined balance between assertive bitterness and a clean, crisp malt base. The inclusion of Weyermann Eraclea malts imparts a subtle, honey-like sweetness that supports a complex hop bouquet. Bright citrus and floral notes from Centennial intertwine with the tropical, multi-layered depth of Strata. Nelson Sauvin adds a distinct touch of crushed white grape and gooseberry, while Simcoe Cryo intensifies the resinous, pine-forward finish. Fermented warm for a remarkably dry and streamlined profile, the beer delivers a punchy hop intensity that lingers elegantly across the palate, epitomizing the focused, hop-centric character of the style.

Appearance. Color is deep gold to light amber (approx. 8 SRM). Displays brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves intricate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of grapefruit, resinous pine, and tropical passion fruit. Distinct notes of gooseberry and white grape are present. A low, clean, grainy maltiness with a faint honey-like sweetness provides a neutral background. Fermentation profile is clean with very low esters.

Taste. High hop bitterness dominates from the start, followed by layers of citrus peel, pine resin, and tropical fruit. The malt flavor is low to medium-low, appearing as a clean, bready, and slightly honeyed support. The balance is decidedly hop-forward, leading to a very dry, crisp finish with a lingering, clean, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, contributing to the dry sensation. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present without any harshness or astringency.
