Baxbier KRUSH is a high-impact take on the American Lager, bridging the gap between a clean, crushable lager and a bold West Coast IPA. This 5% ABV brew presents a neutral grain profile that serves as a canvas for assertive, resinous, and citrusy hop character. It maintains a crisp, ultra-refreshing backbone while introducing a sharp, firm bitterness that lingers more than a traditional example of the style. The result is a vibrant, well-attenuated beer that prioritizes high drinkability alongside a punchy hop profile, embodying the brewer’s intent of a lager with bite and significant attitude.

Appearance. 3 SRM. Brilliant clarity with a very pale straw color. Pours with a white, frothy head that shows better persistence than typical for the style due to the increased hop load.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Clean fermentation profile with very low grainy-sweet malt. The hop character is dominant, featuring prominent citrus, pine, and floral notes reminiscent of American hop varieties.

Taste. Initial impression is very crisp and clean. A light grainy malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, assertive hop bitterness. Hop flavors of grapefruit and resin are clear. Finishes very dry and clean with a lingering, crisp bitterness that persists into the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation. Features a refreshing carbonic bite on the tongue. Alcohol warmth is very subtle and well-integrated. No astringency.
