This Double IPA bursts with a vibrant, dank, and tropical hop profile, showcasing the complex interplay of Pahto, Citra Lupomax, El Dorado, Azacca, Bru-1, Trident, Zappa, and Amarillo. Massive aromas of sweet mango, pineapple, and ripe passion fruit merge with a pungent, resinous dankness and fresh pine. The generous additions of oats provide a smooth, velvety cushion on the palate, while a touch of caramalt adds structural depth and subtle sweetness. It finishes with a clean, soft bitterness that masterfully balances its high-strength alcohol warmth, creating a lush, highly drinkable, and hop-forward modern masterpiece.

Appearance. Vibrant yellow with a slight orange hue. Topped by a thick, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing. Slight haze is present, typical of heavy dry-hopping, though still translucent.

Aroma. High to intense aroma dominated by a complex, pungent hop profile. Vibrant tropical fruit notes of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit are layered with resinous pine, grapefruit zest, and a distinct herbal, dank undertone. A clean, low, grainy malt sweetness lies in the background with a soft hint of caramel. Fermentation is clean with neutral yeast esters and a very soft, well-integrated alcohol warmth.

Taste. Initial flavor is an explosion of tropical fruit and resinous pine. Low, clean, supportive maltiness with a subtle, soft caramel sweetness and bready quality from the oats. Hop bitterness is moderately high but remarkably soft and smooth, never harsh. The balance is decidedly hop-forward. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, pleasant tropical and dank hop aftertaste and a clean, warm alcoholic presence.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full, silky, and creamy body enhanced by the oats, avoiding any heavy or cloying sweetness. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a gentle, clean alcohol warmth that is well-integrated and never hot. Smooth texture with no hop-derived astringency.
