This robust Pumpkin Spice Red Ale offers a comforting transition into the cooler months, elevating the traditional Irish Red Ale base with seasonal ingredients. A deep copper pour invites the senses with a fragrant bouquet of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, layered over a foundation of toffee and toasted bread. On the palate, the malt profile provides a biscuit-like sweetness that harmonizes with the earthy richness of fresh pumpkin. Despite its seasonal spices, a refined roasted grain dryness emerges in the finish. At 7% ABV, it delivers a glowing warmth that makes it a perfect companion for stormy autumn nights by the fire.

Appearance. Medium reddish-copper with brilliant clarity. Topped by a persistent, creamy, light tan head with average persistence and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Dominant notes of pumpkin spice—cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg—intertwined with a sweet, malty core of caramel and lightly toasted bread crust. Very low earthy hop presence and clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial soft caramel and toffee sweetness is quickly followed by savory, earthy notes of fresh pumpkin. The spice blend adds complexity without harshness, integrated into a grainy, biscuity mid-palate. It leads to a characteristic dry finish with a light taste of roasted grain. Bitterness is medium-low, keeping the balance tilted toward malt and spice.
