This classic West Coast interpretation of an American IPA showcases a vibrant hop profile built on a crisp foundation of pale and wheat malts. Appearance. Medium gold (approx. 7 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Medium-sized white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple and tropical stone fruit from Mosaic, complemented by citrus and resinous pine from Centennial and Chinook. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness with a subtle wheat character. Clean fermentation profile.
