Built on a foundation of soft, sweet local malt, it delivers an aromatic punch of mango and citrus driven by Aussie hops, while kiwi hops contribute a delicate floral bitterness. Despite its sessionable strength, the beer maintains a medium-light presence on the palate, transitioning from a gentle grainy sweetness to a crisp, highly-attenuated finish. The high carbonation enhances the bright fruit notes, resulting in a spritzy, thirst-quenching profile that remains clean, bright, and remarkably dry.
Appearance. Medium gold color (approximately 5-6 SRM) with a tall, frothy, persistent white head. Noticeable effervescence with brilliant clarity if decanted, though it may appear hazy if the yeast is roused during the pour.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring a mix of tropical mango and bright citrus from Aussie hops, supported by delicate floral notes from kiwi hops. Low esters of pear and apple are present, set against a clean, neutral, and grainy malt background.
