Bass is a pale ale that has had many different homes over the years, but since Interbrews takeover of the company in 2000, it is brewed under license in Leuven, Belgium, which is where our stock is from. It is brewed at 5%, which makes it perfect for exporting to the UK.Made from hops, malt, water and English yeast, it has all the ingredients of a fine English Pale Ale. It has a distinctively hoppy taste, with a rich aroma and a spicy finish. The ideal serving temperature for this well rounded Belgian is 5-6 degrees and it makes for a very easy to drink pale ale.
