This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant profile defined by the innovative Cryo Pop hop blend. It delivers an intense aromatic burst of orange peel, lime, and exotic yuzu, seamlessly integrated with the tropical depth of Mosaic and the stone fruit nuances of Idaho 7. The pour reveals a dense, opaque appearance with a luminous glow, characteristic of a double dry-hopped ale. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body supports a saturated hop character that balances ripe tropical fruit with a restrained, smooth bitterness. Appearance. 4–6 SRM. Deep straw to soft orange with a characteristic hazy, opaque glow; no visible particulates. Persistent, dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity citrus and tropical fruit. Prominent notes of orange peel, lime zest, and yuzu from the Cryo Pop blend. Mosaic and Idaho 7 contribute layers of mango, pineapple, and stone fruit. Malt is neutral and lightly bready in the background with no caramel or toast.
Taste. High hop flavor intensity featuring ripe tropical fruits and concentrated citrus oils. Malt provides a soft, bready foundation. Perceived bitterness is moderate but exceptionally smooth, lacking any hop burn or harshness. The finish is clean and off-dry with lingering notes of citrus and stone fruit.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, rounded, and pillowy texture. Medium carbonation. Smooth and creamy without being viscous or heavy. Minimal alcohol warmth; no astringency or raw starch texture.
