This Hazy IPA is a vibrant exhibition of modern hopping techniques, centered around the intense Citra Hyperboost oil and a Double Dry Hop addition of Simcoe and Ekuanot. The grain bill, featuring malted barley alongside flaked oats and raw wheat, provides a dense, silky canvas for the aromatics. High-intensity scents of grapefruit and lychee lead the charge, followed by a distinct blueberry note. The palate is a saturated fruit medley, where the soft, balanced body carries the lush hop oils without harshness. It concludes with a clean, fruit-forward finish, epitomizing the juicy profile while maintaining effortless drinkability.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a luminous shine; no visible particulates. Persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical and citrus hop character dominated by grapefruit, lychee, and a distinct blueberry note. Low, bready, and grainy malt in the background. Neutral to slightly fruity fermentation esters that complement the hop profile.

Taste. Massive hop flavor mirroring the aroma with ripe grapefruit, tropical lychee, and dark berry notes. Malt flavor is low and bready, supporting the hop saturations. Perceived bitterness is low to moderate, masked by a soft, off-dry finish. No hop harshness or astringency in the aftertaste.
