Summer Clothes is a vibrant, modern interpretation of a Saison, marrying rustic Belgian tradition with a massive Double Dry Hopped profile. The aroma is dominated by the unique contributions of Huell Melon, Loral Cryo, and Vic Secret, offering layers of honeydew melon, delicate floral lavender, and bright pineapple. This aromatic intensity sits atop a spicy fermentation foundation of cracked black pepper and citrusy esters. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally dry and effervescent, showcasing a grainy malt backbone that yields to a firm, hop-forward bitterness. It is a refreshing yet complex strong ale with a lingering, crisp finish.

Appearance. Pale gold (6 SRM) with a slight, modern haze from the heavy dry hopping. It features a dense, rocky, long-lasting white head that leaves significant Belgian lace on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. A complex bouquet of ripe honeydew and strawberry from Huell Melon is intertwined with the floral and herbal notes of Loral Cryo. Vic Secret adds a tropical pineapple punch. These hop layers are balanced by spicy Belgian yeast phenols resembling black pepper and fruity esters of pear and lemon. Malt is low and lightly grainy.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and pome fruit, followed quickly by a spicy, phenolic yeast character. Hop flavors of melon and citrus are prominent. It features a moderate to high bitterness that feels assertive due to the very high attenuation and dry finish. The finish is bone-dry and clean, with a lingering peppery and floral aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a highly effervescent, prickly carbonation. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present. Smooth and refreshing with no astringency.
