The nose is a saturated explosion of sun-ripened pineapple, guava, and passion fruit, underpinned by the hallmark white grape and gooseberry character of Nelson Sauvin hops. On the palate, the hop intensity is high but smooth, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that allows the tropical fruit notes to shine without heavy caramel interference. A firm bitterness balances the 8% alcohol, leading to a medium-dry finish that leaves a lingering impression of exotic fruit and a hint of crushed peppercorn.
Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper with a slight haze. Topped by a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
